Rebirth is the reset that makes later bosses possible. Super Rebirth is a harsher reset. The two public descriptions do not match on every detail, so the confirmation screen in your server wins.
Rebirth
The Rebirth icon is on the left of the HUD. The panel shows the Win cost, the strength increase, and a title or nickname.
What the August 17, 2026 guide says you pay:
- Wins, with the cost rising each time.
- All current Bicep, Hand, and Knuckle strength, back to 0.
- Trails and the Wins left after the cost stay.
What the other rebirth listing says:
- Each rebirth gives +15% strength gain. It used to be +10%.
- Stats reset and only Wins stay. Trails are not listed as kept.
- Rank 1, Beginner, costs 25 Wins for 15%. Only Beginner rank 1 is listed here. The rest of the rank prices are not included.
- Super Rebirth opens at rank 31.
Use Rebirth when rebuilding the three stats is faster than grinding the next boss at your current multiplier. Auto Rebirth can be bought with Robux if you do not want to press the button. A Robux skip that jumps one rank is also described on that rebirth listing.
Super Rebirth
The August 17, 2026 guide says Super Rebirth resets stats, Trails, Wins, and worlds, and keeps Arms. You get Super Rebirth Tokens. Each token you hold is +100% Total Strength, and they stack.
The store spends tokens on Extra Lucky, +1 Pet Equip, Walk Speed, Pet Storage, and Enchant Luck. The next purchase in a track costs more. That same guide's suggestion is to hold tokens for the strength bonus unless a shop upgrade is solving a real limit, such as not enough equip slots.
The community page's Super Rebirth instead resets wins, worlds, and rebirths, and it does not mention the token bonus. Confirm on the button. If the button says worlds will reset, you will need School's exit again afterward.
Rebuild a pet team you can stand to use immediately after the reset. The pets and Arms are what keep the return trip from starting at a literal zero multiplier.
