Fight Champion in School when your relevant strength is at least near the published recommendation of 527k. The same table lists the boss at 458.3k and a Win reward of +625. First clear also awards the Defeated Champion Badge. Champion plus 15,000 Wins opens the Escape School door. Use the interact prompt beside the boss, then tap through the arm wrestle. How do I leave the School?

Defeat Champion and hold 15,000 Wins. The Escape School door next to the bosses is the published exit into the Gym.

What does Rebirth reset?

The August 17, 2026 guide says a normal Rebirth spends Wins, sets Bicep, Hand, and Knuckle strength to 0, and keeps Trails plus your remaining Wins. Super Rebirth also resets Trails, Wins, and worlds, keeps Arms, and gives tokens worth +100% Total Strength each while you hold them. Another rebirth listing describes a flat +15% per rebirth and a different keep list, so confirm the button text.

Where do I enter a code?

Look for a Codes button on the side of the screen, or open Store and use the Codes control, then press Verify. Each code is once per account. Lists published October 1 and October 2, 2026 disagree about harborking, so that string is not marked active or expired here.
