What is Rebirth?
Open the Rebirth icon on the left of the HUD. The screen shows the current Win cost, the strength increase, and a title. A Rebirth spends Wins and sets Bicep, Hand, and Knuckle strength back to 0. The August 17, 2026 guide says Trails and your remaining Wins stay. Another rebirth listing instead says only Wins remain, and that each rebirth gives +15% strength gain, previously +10%. It also lists rank 1, Beginner, at 25 Wins for 15%. Only Beginner rank 1 is included: 25 Wins for a listed 15% boost. The rest of the rank prices are not included. Auto Rebirth is a Robux shop toggle. Robux can also skip a rank on that rebirth listing.

How do you get Rebirth?
Use the Rebirth icon on the left side of the HUD. Super Rebirth appears after Rebirth progress. One wiki page puts that unlock at rank 31.
How do you use Rebirth?
Rebirth when the next boss is the wall and you can rebuild the three stats quickly. Super Rebirth only when you can stand to lose worlds and Wins. The August 2026 guide recommends holding tokens for the stacked +100% Total Strength instead of spending them. That is a published suggestion, not a rule that the shop upgrades are useless.
