The August 17, 2026 guide says a normal Rebirth spends Wins, sets Bicep, Hand, and Knuckle strength to 0, and keeps Trails plus your remaining Wins. Super Rebirth also resets Trails, Wins, and worlds, keeps Arms, and gives tokens worth +100% Total Strength each while you hold them.
